Delete your StellaFind account

You can delete your StellaFind account and its data at any time, in two ways.

Option 1 – In the app (immediate)

Open StellaFind and sign in.
Go to Settings and tap your account.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

The deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.

Forgot your password? On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot password?: you'll receive a code by email to choose a new one, then you can delete your account as above.

Option 2 – By email

If you can't use the app (for example you uninstalled it, or your phone is lost), send an email to support@stellafind.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. The account is deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account: first name, last name, email, date of birth and password.
Your saved stars.

Nothing else linked to your account is kept in our database.

Data stored only on your phone (recent cities, the saved star catalogue, the accounts suggested at sign-in) is removed when you uninstall the app.
